丙甲菌素 Alamethicin
Alamethicin is a cheannel-forming ionophore. It activates membrane enzymes by disrupting the membrane barriers of sarcolemmal vesicles, which gives substrates and activators access to enzymatic sites in the interior of the vesicles.
